Le Concours « Gagnez un design ou template de newsletter gratuit » débutera le 1er Janvier 2011 à 8h00 (HAE) et se terminera le 31 janvier 2011 à 17h00 (HAE). (ci-après le «Concours»).
Eligibility
The Contest is open to everyone who has reached the legal age of its respective province at the time of entering the contest. Employees of Cabestan or their immediate family members and people living with them cannot enter the contest.
How to enter
Contestants simply have to respect the eligibility requirements. The start of the Contest will be announce on the Cabestan website. The surfers will be invited to fill out a registration form. Once the document is filled out, the contestants simply have to press GET YOUR RESULT NOW to transmit their participation form. Only one entry per email address per day will be allowed. Only one subscription valid per valid email address will be allowed, unless special conditions are announced.
Winners
Le tirage du ou des formulaires gagnants, parmi l'ensemble des formulaires reçus et valides durant la durée du Concours sur le serveur qui héberge le site Cabestan-Canada, aura lieu le 31 Décembre 2011 à 17h01 (HAE), dans les locaux de Cabestan-Canada. Le prix sera remis sous réserve du respect des règles intégrales du Concours, au participant sélectionné lors du tirage.
Prizes Description
- Win a personalized email design, a value of $1000, including the design and a valid HTML. The logo, images and other material have to be transmitted to Cabestan by the winner.
Everything not mentioned as included in the prize will be to the charge of the winner.
Cabestan has the right to replace the Prize for another one of the same value or to give the same value in money for any given reason as mentioned in the general rules section.
General Rules
Le Gagnant du Prix sera informé par courriel ou par téléphone des détails relatifs au Prix. Le Gagnant devra réclamer son Prix par courriel ou par téléphone avant le 15 janvier 2012 à 17h01 (HAE), faute de quoi, son attribution deviendra nulle et le cas échéant le Prix ne fera pas l'objet d'un nouveau tirage et ne sera tout simplement pas décerné.

Cabestan and its affiliate websites are not liable or responsible for any damage caused to participant electronic/computer material resulting from their participation to a contest.
- Cabestan and its affiliate websites are not liable or responsible for any other problem that could end the normal being of a contest, according to the rules stated, including but not restricted to the generalities mentioned up before, or result in the cancelation of a contest.
- Cabestan and its affiliate websites are not liable or responsible for incomplete or incomprehensible information given by contestants. Cabestan has the right to discard any participation form that is incomplete, incomprehensible or that they suspect fraudulent. - Any griefing in regards of the organisation or the conduct of the advertising contests can be reported to the Québec Régies des alcools, des courses et des jeux, so mediation can be done.
